5 FACTS YOUR MOTHER WILL ALWAYS HIDE FROM YOU ABOUT HER

5 FACTS YOUR MOTHER WILL ALWAYS HIDE FROM YOU ABOUT HER

Mothers didn’t just assume the roles of being one overnight; they are individuals who have a normal everyday experience. It’s totally normal for children to see their mothers as supermodels and super humans.

Growing up as adults, the dependency could still be there and we start to understand that they are humans and they had lives of their own before they had kids and they are still living that life.

They were once young and virile like us, active and full of energy. Marriage and the arrival of kids as well as the responsibilities they shoulder simply remould them and they take to discharging their roles as mothers.

Here are 5 facts mothers would protect and keep as secrets

1. That they didn’t marry the first man

Mothers find it embarrassing to admit to their children that their fathers were probably not the first man they slept with. They feel it’s a delicate subject and delving into it often brew more trouble than required on the household itself. They believe that saying things like that to their children isn’t appropriate and they may lose the edge they have over their children. It may become difficult to chastise them and instill morals into them.

2. Abortion

Mothers would never tell their children even when they become adults about their sexual escapades and vulnerability as a young woman. They would not admit willingly that they too had nasty experiences that led to them committing abortions or that their first issue in marriage wasn’t from their first pregnancy. And if they must, they find ways to make their children believe that they lost the pregnancy due to a fatal incidence. Like us too, they were once vulnerable and did things that they regret. They also know that saying these things to the children may wreck them and destroy what they are and what they represent.

3. Crushed emotions

Mothers get worn out from raising children and maintaining the stability of their respective homes. Some simply hate what they have become over the years as a result of body changes and other elements. Some silently go through the grief of putting up with loveless marriages, cheating husbands and the sole responsibility of providing for their families. But with all these, mothers still find it hard to tell their children how much they hate their fathers or them being trapped in the marriage. They simply hide it all behind a shield and stay in the marriage for their kids.

4. Cheating

Mothers would never open up to their children about them having extramarital affairs or that they are cheating on their husbands. They simply can’t stand up to their wards to tell them that. Also, mothers would never tell their children of that special man they met as youths or that they still harbour warm thoughts towards him.

5. Last time they had sex

It sounds totally weird when one thinks of one’s mother in that position with a man doing stuffs together. Ok bye! That sounds really gross. Even if we had the balls to ask, they just would never tell. Not to worry, it’s totally normal for them to get it going from time to time. After all, mothers weren’t born mummies.

Conclusively, mothers have played important roles in our lives and without being judgmental it’s okay for them to have secrets, there are things younger people too do that mothers shouldn’t know about.
